REPWIND

Jefit alternative

Jefit has been around a long time, with an enormous exercise library and an active community. REPWIND does not compete on that ground.

What both do the same

A deep exercise library, routines, set tracking, history and records. Both cover the logbook job without leaving anything out.

What REPWIND does differently

REPWIND does not show a thumbnail per exercise: it plays it, with the worked muscles lit, and resolves the session into an anatomical map. The week's volume is read on the body rather than down a table. Add bar-path analysis that runs on the phone — the video never leaves it — and loads adjusted to your sleep and heart-rate variability.

What Jefit does better

Jefit's library and its community are its real strength, and REPWIND has neither at that scale. If you want ready-made routines shared by other people, Jefit has thousands.

To see what this looks like: the ten muscle groups on this site use exactly the anatomical plate the app draws.
