Delete your REPWIND account

REPWIND, published by AGILE MOTION

In the app

Open REPWIND on your phone.
Tap the Profile tab, bottom right.
Scroll to Delete account and data.
Tap Delete, then Confirm. The app may then ask you to confirm it's you: your password for an email account, or Apple or Google. Deletion is then immediate and permanent.

Without the app: email contact@agilemotion.fr from your account's email address, subject "Account deletion". We action it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted, what is kept

Stored recovery score and readings (sleep, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability)	Deleted immediately
Journal held on your phone	Erased from the phone at the same time
Form-check video	Nothing to delete from our servers: it never leaves the phone. On iPhone, each video is deleted, picture and sound, as soon as its analysis finishes
Accounting records tied to a subscription	Kept for 10 years under French law. They contain neither your journal nor your health data

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — that is managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first: on iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store › Payments and subscriptions.
