REPWIND

Fitbod alternative

Fitbod generates sessions and logs accordingly. REPWIND starts from the logbook and adapts what needs adapting.

What both do the same

Both read your history, your equipment and your recovery to propose loads. Both ship a deep exercise library.

What REPWIND does differently

REPWIND explains every decision it makes. When the session changes, each substitution says why, and the weekly debrief shows the evidence behind it — with a confidence level, and what it cannot conclude yet. The tracking itself is read on the body: muscles worked, freshness between sessions, weekly volume laid over the anatomy.

What Fitbod does better

If you want to walk into the gym deciding nothing and follow what you are given, Fitbod does exactly that and has done it for longer. REPWIND assumes you want to understand what you are doing.

To see what this looks like: the ten muscle groups on this site use exactly the anatomical plate the app draws.
